A. Membership System

1. To become a Synermov member, customers must provide personal information and complete the application form on our official website. Membership will be subject to the current promotional offers and terms.
2. Applicants must be 18 years old or above to apply for Synermov membership.
3. Synermov membership is permanent and has no expiration date.
4. Synermov has the right to use member information for marketing purposes.
5. The company reserves the right to modify or amend any content of the terms and conditions without prior notice. Any disputes related to the application and use of Synermov membership will be decided by the company, and the company's decision shall be final.

B. Reward Points Program

1. Customers must register as members through the official Synermov website. Only successfully registered members are eligible to participate in the Synermov Reward Points Redemption Program.
2. Synermov members will earn 1 reward point for every 1 Malaysian Ringgit (RM1.00) spent on products.
3. Reward points will only be awarded after payment is completed.
4. Reward points cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Reward points are non-transferable and cannot be substituted by another person.
6. If a transaction is cancelled or refunded, Synermov reserves the right to deduct the corresponding reward points from the member's balance. The company's decision is final and cannot be challenged.
7. The following products are excluded from the reward points program:

• Returned or exchanged products
• Shipping fees (if applicable)
• Products redeemed with points
• The company reserves the right to add or modify the reward points for any product at any time.

8. Members can check their reward points via the Synermov website or by contacting the Synermov Customer Service (Customer Hotline: 019-8717860 | 017-5175336).
9. The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the reward points program when necessary. Members will be notified in advance, and appropriate measures will be taken.
10. The company reserves the right to add or modify any terms without prior notice. Any new or amended terms may replace existing terms.

C. Reward Points Redemption Program

1. Members may redeem company products using their accumulated reward points, provided they meet the conditions specified by the company at any time. Members must have sufficient available points to redeem products.
2. The reward points redemption method is as follows:

• 2000 points can be redeemed for 1 box of Synermov.
• 3800 points can be redeemed for 2 boxes of Synermov.
• 5500 points can be redeemed for 4 boxes of Synermov.

3. Members must use the official website to make purchases and redeem products based on the above points. For example, when purchasing Synermov on our website, at the payment stage, members can enter the required points in the "Points" field to redeem the products according to the above points table.
4. All redeemed products are subject to stock availability.
5. The products available for redemption with reward points are determined by the company and are final. Synermov does not accept any complaints. Synermov reserves the right to change, cancel, or suspend instant rebates and the points redemption program during promotional periods.
6. The company reserves the right to add or modify any terms without prior notice. Any new or amended terms may replace existing terms.

D. Privacy Protection Policy

1. The membership application for Synermov involves the collection of personal information for registration, management, and improving the quality of services provided by the company.
2. Incomplete or false information will result in the invalidation of the membership application.
3. Synermov respects and protects the personal information provided by members and ensures that all personal data is kept confidential while complying with data protection laws during processing.
